  1. A thermoformed tray (made of PC material) is used to replace the original plastic or laminated solution employed in CCS.
  2. The main busbar employs an integrated (FFC + FDC & FPC) or FPCA design as the voltage-sensing line.
  3. The main busbar is welded directly to the busbar using a direct welding method. This direct welding can be performed via ultrasonic welding or thin‑copper laser welding.
  4. Adopt a snap-fit mounting method to replace the thermal riveting approach.
